Carlsberg UK were a poor 4th in the UK beer market & being attacked on all sides. They needed a communication campaign which reflected the current company performance, landed the urgent need for change and demonstrated that every employee needed to play a part in the change by adopting a new mindset.
We involved the CUK leadership team (Top 30) in co-creating a clear and consistent story to explain the current situation and the need for change. From this core content we created impactful imagery / materials and worked with the Top 30 to devise and deliver a kick off event & a cascade toolkit. Outputs from the live event were captured by Scriberia.
