From Good to Great
M&B, the UK’s biggest pub company, wanted to communicate a new Vision, Priorities and Values to its staff to increase focus on guest satisfaction.
We worked with the M&B leadership team to develop and deliver a major internal communication and employee engagement programme.
This included launching and rolling out of the StratNav© road map for engaging 40,000 employees behind the company’s new vision and strategy.
Following this 93% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the statement: I know what M&B’s vision and values are and c. 91% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the statement: I believe in the company’s vision and values.
This programme won various awards including the Europe-wide FEIEA Award.
