SHS Condiments & Sauces wanted to get employees behind a new vison and strategy. A key element of the programme was to involve senior managers, get their buy and equip them to onward communicate to their teams.
We did this by working with them to define an engaging company story and then bringing it to life with impactful materials. This included printed workbooks as well as an animation and a suite of adaptable imagery. This was used initially to get top team buy in, and then as part of a toolkit that enabled them to pass on the key messages to their teams.
This highly visual and involving approach was a resounding success, raising awareness of the new vision and strategy and ensuring everyone felt part of the company story.
The ‘Investing for Growth’ goal of increasing turnover by 25% by 2021was achieved 12 months early.
